Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Apps Mobile Development Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the website at appsmobiledevelopment.com (the “Site”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms cover the website only; any project we undertake for you is governed by a separate written services agreement.

Use of the site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Site.
• Submit false information through our forms, or use them to send spam or abusive content.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data except as permitted by our published robots.txt and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, but excluding third-party trademarks and content — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

Note: this clause concerns the website itself. Ownership of work we produce for clients is addressed in our services agreement — on final payment for a phase, that work transfers to the client in full.

Submissions

If you send us information or ideas through the Site (for example via the contact form), you confirm you have the right to share it. We treat enquiry details as confidential as described in our Privacy Policy, and we're happy to sign a mutual NDA before discussing specifics.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apps Mobile Development Ltd. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
